The TWC Consulting Group is a management consultancy for organisations that have outgrown clichés.

We work on the systemic environment that is produced by culture, competence and remuneration architectures,

Our stance is simple and non‑negotiable: behavior is a survival strategy inside a system.
If you want different behavior, you don't need better people,  better rules or incentives. You need to redesign the system.

Behaviour is not the cause of culture. it is the consequence of culture.
People adapt to the architecture they inherit. If the system is misaligned, the behavior is off.

Systems before stories

Narratives follow structure. If the operating model contradicts the story, the story loses.
We start with Direction, Hallmarks, and Shared Values, the three pillars that make culture real.

Constraints before character

If people look resistant, avoidant, political, or passive, we assume the architecture is producing that behaviour.
Resistance is often rational.

Design before exhortation

We redesign spans, layers, decision rights, incentives, consequence pathways, and capability systems,
the structural forces that determine what becomes adaptive.
